PROCEDURE: Combine phase B, heat to 80°C. Combine phase A, heat
to 80°C, add phase A to phase B, mix for 15 minutes. Phase C: slurry Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate into glycerin, add to phase
AB at 40°C. Add phenoxyethanol
and Lubrasil, mix until homogeneous. Add
phase D, mix until uniform.
