Anti-Bacterial Hand Soap

This hand soap contains Triclosan making it a good weapon for fighting disease causing bacteria found on the hands.  The rose-gardenia scent makes this soap pleasant to use.  The Confetti II Flakes are packed with Monoļ de Tahiti ® and Vitamin E to help condition your skin as you clean off the dirt as well as the bacteria.

 PROCEDURE:

 

Mix the Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer into the water with rapid mixing.

Add the Glycerin and mix until phase A is wetted. Leave the mixture to stand several hours to let all the air escape. Add this phase into the phase A.  Mix for ten minutes. Using slow mixing add the ingredients from phase C one at a time.  After each addition mix for 15 minutes.       Let the mixture sit for 2 hours.  Slowly add the TEA with a slow mixer mix of 5 minutes. Mix phase E ingredients together.  Heat to 45oC to obtain a clear solution. Add the phase E to the final product. Using a paddle blade, slowly add the Confetti II to the mixture.  Cease mixing when the Confetti II is evenly dispersed in the hand soap.
