CONDITIONING MOUSSE

This thick, rich leave-in foam leaves hair feeling soft and smooth.

	Polysorbate 20		0.50
	DMDM Hydantoin		0.45
	Fragrance		0.20

PROCEDURE:

Disperse Polyquaternium-4 into deionized water and mix until homogeneous. While mixing, add remaining ingredients and mix until homogeneous. Fill into non-aerosol foam dispensers. Recommend using the 50 ml HDPE mini-foamer dispenser by Airspray International,Inc. (Type M3-S10).
