PROCEDURE:
Combine phase A with mixing
and heat to 70-75 C. Combine phase B
with mixing and heat to 70-75 C. When
both phases are uniform, add phase B to phase A with
mixing. Add in phase C. Mix until
uniform. Begin to cool to 40 C. Add phase D ingredients one at a time. Add
Phase E if desired.
