PROCEDURE:

 

Add the ingredients in the order listed to the water, mix until uniform (clear and colorless).  Premix the PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil with the fragrance before adding this mixture to the batch.  Fill into non-aerosol pump mousse containers.  Recommend using the 50 ml HDPE mini-foamer dispenser by Airspray International,Inc. (Type M3-S10).
