PROCEDURE:
Prepare
Phase A in the final mixing vessel by dispersing Lubrajel II XD into the deionized water. Add
the disodium EDTA.
Add the Polyquaternium-10 solution to the batch and begin to heat to
80°C. Combine Phase B ingredients and
heat to 80°C with mixing. When both
phases are at 80°C, remove heat and add Phase B to Phase A. Mix until the batch cools to 40°C, and add
phase C. Adjust the pH to 7.0.
