PROCEDURE:
Heat water
and Disodium EDTA to 75°C. Add in remaining
ingredients of Phase A and first two ingredients of Phase B one by one mixing
between additions. At 65°C, add in the dimethicone. When
batch cools down to 40 °C, add preservative.
Add fragrance as desired.
