PROCEDURE:
Combine
the SDA-40-2 and the deionized water. Slowly sift in the Acrylates/Octylacrylamide
Copolymer. Mix until
complete. Combine the Phase B
ingredients in a separate vessel and then add into Phase A. Add the fragrance and package as desired.
