PROCEDURE:
Combine
the Phase A ingredients in a suitable mixing vessel
and heat to 80°C while mixing using moderate shear. Combine the Phase B
ingredients in a separate vessel and heat to 80°C with moderate agitation.
Remove heat. With rapid, high shear mixing,
slowly add Phase B to Phase A. Continue
mixing while cooling to below 50°C. Switch to low shear mixing. Add the phase C components and mix until
homogenous.
